At the conclusion of Planarian Patrol: Series 1, the Russian Midget decided to move to the eastern hemisphere to start up Planarian Patrol: International.
“Roger dodger” came from an episode of - I think - the Transformers. My friends and I used to gather in the media center before school to watch Transformers reruns on SciFi.
